About Samvinna
With a background in FMCG, I spent 20 years developing new products and processes, coordinating and running whole of business idea-to-market processes and managing marketing teams for some of Australia’s most recognisable food brands.
While immersed in this wide variety of products, projects and opportunities I gained an appreciation of the power of belief, the importance of timing in delivering innovation and the wonder of individuals to make a difference.
For the last 10 years I’ve focused on building connections, innovation delivery capabilities, and knowledge for Australian pre and post-farm gate businesses across the whole food and beverage manufacturing and supply. Working across start-ups, innovative businesses and talented researchers, I’ve assisted in the delivery of more than $100M in new business, over 500 new jobs, and 14 new to Australia and 7 new to world products. The national perspective and insights I gained allows me to help agri-food businesses deliver innovation and/or pivot in response to change. Being part of the journey with many businesses, I’ve had a front-row seat seeing the right input at the right time change belief, the capability and ability to take the next step. And then the next.
